b. Organizes seminars/workshops on global events and issues of national and international concern.
c. Organizes activities/programs that enhance awareness and understanding among nations.
d. Publishes an annual journal and occasional working paper series with analysis of current events or trends in the researchers areas of expertize.
e. Exchanges goodwill visits to foreign institutions for promoting international understanding.
